- LLLL LouAug 14, 20262.0After reading through jCREW’s reviews, I can now understand why the store has such a low rating. Two things really stand out: management does not seem to respond to the concerns customers are raising, and the customer service is lacking. When the only person greeting customers is the security guard, rather than the employees who are there to assist them, that says a lot about the overall customer experience. Customers should feel welcomed and valued when they walk into a store. Management needs to pay attention to these reviews and take the concerns seriously if they want to improve the store’s reputation and customer service. I want to give more stars to the security guard but they are there during the hardest job protecting the products there.
