Make sure you understand the production process and timing for your projects. Justin is a phenomenal "framing counselor" who is able to efficiently distill your needs into a project that is ready to build. Gorgeous results.

  I had a really good experience framing a few photos here previously so decided to bring in a set of identical vintage floral prints for framing that I wanted to hang in our guest bedroom before our family arrived for a visit. So many regrets about using Framebridge and would highly encourage anyone considering Framebridge to save their money and visit a local framer instead. Despite visiting in person and making all selections live for a pair of identical prints and identical frames (same size, same colors, same artist, it was a set!), I received back 2 entirely different frame sizes with different mounting and different matting. I had to drive back to the shop to explain this is a set and I wanted the frames to be identical so I could hang them together (again, same frame size, same mounting, etc.) Then AGAIN... for a second time Framebridge sent me different framing! Entirely different mat sizes and matting. Someone at Framebridge just "made up" a completely random and irregular matting. For a third time, I got to go back to the store and explain this is an identical art set and I am trying to purchase identical frames. This is not a complicated order and any other local framing store would recognize that it's a set and the frames should match. To get this completely wrong twice shows zero attention to detail, especially since I was very clear from the beginning it's a matching set. At this point I had now had to drive to Georgetown 3 times, spent over a month trying to get this fixed, missed the timing to have them hung before my guests arrived, and honestly just felt deflated. To compensate they offered me 10%.... or $13... which did not even cover the cost of the taxes on the frames. I still don't have the matching set of frames yet, so we will see if they get it right when I go back to the store to pick it up a 4th time! Anyways, they sent me an email asking for my review so here you go Framebridge! Here is your review!

  What can I say about Karen & Justin??? NOT ENOUGH!! Karen is just so cool. So sweet, talented and incredibly helpful. I had been wracking my brain trying to complete this gallery wall design that was just not coming together the way I needed it to for my client. Karen was so patient and gave me a few ideas that just helped take this design to the next level and then she helped ensure it was received for my client ON TIME!! I cannot thank her and her team enough!!! They will forever be my favorite location. Can’t wait for the next project Karen!! We’re locked in!
