Staff has good taste and advice, especially if you’re not exactly sure what you want. Jason was super helpful setting us up with a frame for a newspaper

The store is great. The hanging support is terrible. I spent over $2000 having items framed at this location. They did a fabulous job and I love the designers. When I got home, however, I found that all of the frames used so-called frame buddies meaning that there are two hooks that need to be installed. Hanging with these is a nightmare, and two of the three packets I got were missing nails. Framebridge, if you are going to use wall buddies, I would strongly suggest that you send along a template for hanging each and every framed item. After spending over $2000 I was fairly disheartened at the logistical difficulties of hanging the pictures.

The staff here are so lovely. They've helped me frame multiple items over the years from a turkish tile to a large art piece for a gift. And they always have thoughtful recommendations and a great eye for design.

I've framed several items at this location, including items that are super precious to me -- my wedding polaroids! I highly recommend coming to this location in person. Chaz and Jason have both helped me over the years and the best part of coming to the store itself has been their eye for design. Chaz has a fantastic sense of style and has made recommendations on matting and framing that have really elevated the final piece from what I originally envisioned. Everything comes back quickly and well-done, and if there are any issues (almost never) they've been fixed immediately.

Jason was AMAZING! He has a wonderful eye for creating a beautiful piece of art! I was so pleased with his work that I came back two more times to get other pieces framed! Thank you Jason!
