  I’ve had nothing but great experiences across the multiple times I’ve used this Framebridge shop. Jason, Tai and Chaz are terrific and so thoughtful in helping me achieve the look aim going for for each piece — or helping me find the perfect look when I’m not sure. And they quality has been top notch, and held up well… all for a fair price versus comparable shops around town. I’ll be back for sure.

  I had a painting and a poster to frame. Chaz at 14 street location helped me. He was accommodating, patient and kind and was quick to switch from frame to frame as I was jumping from one option to another one. They told me it’d be around 2 weeks but there were ready in a week and the outcome was great. I totally recommend them.

  These folks did such a great job, my wife and I got three pieces framed and wound up choosing options that we never would have without the wonderful helpful staff.

  I had a wonderful experience at Framebridge at UM. I’ve had things custom framed in the past elsewhere in DC, and this experience blew them out of the water. My beloved late grandmother was an artist, and we found a drawing she made as a child in the 1940s. I was a bit nervous about how to preserve it due to its age and fragility, and the fact that it was irreplaceable. A photographer friend suggested Framebridge - from the moment I walked in the process was smooth and easy. Grace was so kind, fun, helpful, and attentive. She has such an eye for design and went above and beyond to make sure we got the frame and mat just right. As if that wasn’t enough she followed up with a lovely, thoughtful email. The end product was beyond what we could have expected, beautifully and carefully mounted, and was ready in less than a week. It also cost half of what I’ve had done at other framers. I can’t speak highly enough of this location, and how much Grace played a role in making the process so great. She truly treated me and the piece with such love and care and I feel so lucky I got to work with her.
