- WWWesApr 18, 20265.010/10 experience there. Wouldn't even call it a shopping experience. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, just needing to try out sizes. They didn't have the color I was looking for, but instead of saying they didn't have it and leaving it at that, the awesome human being there brought out his favorite color in stock so I could see it in person. Absolutely loved the color-- never would have known it was available if not for coming in. Had a great conversation, and he pointed me to great spots in the neighborhood (the riverfront area and the Exorcist stairs)! I wish I'd gotten his name-- it's a testament to the people at this store that the reviews mention so many great staff. Feels like a proper neighborhood institution. I'll definitely be coming back in the winter for boots. I highly recommend this store!

Brought the pair to the store to figure out if I needed a size smaller or other options. Didn’t know what to expect since I was asking for help from an online order. The team was welcoming and ready to help. Robert, helped me. He explained about the different ways Docs are made and why felt different. He let me try on all the sizes. In the end, it was an insult that did the trick. AND he was so cool to let me try on a few other pairs knowing I wasn’t going to buy anything else. So this is a shout out to him and the team for just being great 🤩 As for the boot, best ever, surviving DC snowcrete and look amazing doing it.
