  Disappointing experience today. My wife and I stopped in before a Mystics game, dressed casually in Mystics T-shirts. We weren’t greeted when we entered, and when I asked to see some bracelets, the sales associate seemed inconvenienced by having to help us, barely making eye contact and showing little interest in assisting. The irony is that I was wearing David Yurman earrings, and we were genuinely interested in making another purchase. We may have been dressed for a basketball game, but that shouldn’t determine the level of service we receive. Luxury service should be about how you treat people, not how you perceive their spending power based on what they happen to be wearing that day. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

  Took time out of my short visit from England to DC and bought a bracelet. Experienced repeated issue with stone falling off and customer service (DY apparently calls it customer 'care') has been more than disappointing - over 2 weeks, silence to my emails. I wish I had spent my time somewhere else in DC that day.

  I've always enjoyed my experience at this location. I've shopped and purchased multiple items from this store and have never had issues. The staff during my recent visit were super friendly, asked a lot of great questions, and helped me make my purchasing decisions.
