Picked up two different shoes and apparently didn’t have my size and was so rude about it. I love this brand but this particular store be prepared to have rude service. PRETTY WOMEN ALL OVER AGAIN! Big mistake!

It’s so odd; they seem to not have any idea how to know your correct size when buying louboutins. They just told me “whatever feels comfortable” even though the shoes stretch, the length and toe box are two different things, and it’s my first pair so I was not sure what to do. I had to watch YouTube videos to find how to get my size and buy my shoes from Nieman Marcus.

My fiancé and I came in with full intention to review and purchase at least 2 pairs of shoes for bridal events that day, but decided to leave as no service was being provided whatsoever. I will not be coming back for such retched service (or rather lack thereof). Do not come here if you value service of any form.
