Honestly, the tailor they use isn't great either. However, once you have their attention it's a pretty good experience.
- TCTania CAug 12, 20162.0It is a nice spacious store. Friendly and helpful staff EXCEPT the store manager. The young lady is grumpy, arrogant and has a weird attitude. I think the brand should choose store staff more carefully if they don't want to be discredited like this. AND, if you come in for alterations, know that they have a 3 week turnaround for any basic service including hemming pants. 3 WEEKS, haha can you believe it? In any case, I think shopping online is so much more convenient- hundreds on items on sale on the web site, fast delivery. They accept online returns in the store.
