  Jauhar is THE STANDARD for customer service — Bonobos Georgetown hit the jackpot with him! I have to write this review because Jauhar completely changed how I think about shopping for clothes. Back in early May, I got a warm, genuine outreach email from him (I had returned an item at their store that I'd bought elsewhere) letting me know about an upcoming sale and asking if I needed any help. It didn't feel like a generic sales pitch — it felt personal — so since I had a wedding in Las Vegas over Memorial Day and needed the right outfit, I decided to take him up on it. We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment for 11am, and when my wife and I walked in right on time, Jauhar was ready for us. He offered us water, was incredibly pleasant, and got straight to work. This was my first real deep-dive into the Bonobos brand, and Jauhar walked me through everything — their casual and formal lines, how sizing works, all of it. I explained the wedding dress code from the invitation, and he took it from there: we tried on pieces to nail down my exact size, then he pulled options that could realistically arrive in time for the wedding. He made great suggestions, we made decisions together, and I was in and out in about an hour. My clothes arrived a few days later, right on schedule, and Jauhar even followed up to make sure everything fit right. I wore that outfit to the wedding and felt fantastic. Fast forward to June, and I booked another Saturday appointment with him for some casual pieces. This time I sent him photos of items already in my wardrobe ahead of time so he'd know exactly what I had and what I needed. Same great process — tried things on, dialed in sizing, picked out pieces based on fit and availability — and once again, efficient, friendly, and genuinely fun. Clothes arrived, he checked in again, and everything was a total keeper. Jauhar is thorough, professional, personable, and just plain good at his job. He's the reason I'll keep coming back to Bonobos Georgetown. Five stars doesn't feel like enough — he deserves 10! Thank you, Jauhar! 🙌👔

  I made an appointment and got what I needed. Very simple, helpful sales persons, availability of sizes and styles, etc. I will be back!

  Fabulous experience at Bonobos! Vincent helped my fiancé find the perfect tuxedo for our wedding day. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. 10/10 experience!
