  I definitely recommend utilizing the in-store pickup option for this location! You save on shipping fees and avoid the week-long wait for delivery. As for the Georgetown store itself, it can feel a bit chaotic inside. When I went to get my order, the pickup process was a bit confusing. I was directed to get in the main checkout line, but another associate ended up helping me while I was waiting. Even though it was busy and a little disorganized, every single staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

  What a terrible store! I’m a delivery driver, and I went to pick up an order; after 30 minutes, they informed me that they couldn't find it. The service is abysmal—both for customers and for drivers.

  I visited the ALO GT location to pick up an order I placed online, as I usually prefer shopping online. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. When I arrived, I noticed two staff members assisting one customer, with one staff member mostly just standing by. I tried to get the attention of the other staff member, but it seemed like I was being ignored, so I waited until they were finished. I was then assisted by a tall Asian staff member with long straight hair and a mole on her face (I hope I got her description right). When I asked about my pickup, she requested my last name. While I was waiting, I asked if the item was coming from upstairs, and she responded that it was coming from downstairs. Her tone felt dismissive, and she appeared annoyed. When I attempted to ask another question, she ignored me, grabbed some clothing, and went upstairs without saying anything, no “excuse me” or acknowledgment. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and lacked basic customer service. I left quite disappointed.

  I had a disappointing experience at a recent Pilates class here. I arrived late after biking 50 minutes to get to the studio. I understand that being late is my responsibility, and I quietly stepped onto one of the already-set mats at the back of the room and began following along without disrupting the class. However, the instructor, Kaleigh Morgan, stopped what she was doing and asked me to leave the class. The class was not full, the mat was already set up, and I was already participating quietly. Being singled out and asked to leave felt unnecessarily harsh and, frankly, unprofessional in terms of instructor etiquette. No one chooses to be late to a $30 Pilates class, and interrupting the session to remove someone who is already quietly participating seems more disruptive than simply letting them continue. On a positive note, the store manager handled the situation with professionalism and kindness and allowed me to return to the class, which I appreciated. I’ve taken several classes here before and really enjoy the studio’s atmosphere and other instructors. That’s why this interaction stood out so negatively.
