  Nothing but great things to say about Tiny Jewel Box. I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 Burgundy on a 5-link bracelet from Scott (Tudor/watch specialist) on 4/29/25–a mere few weeks after it’s release at Watches and Wonders which was incredible. Just yesterday I was able to purchase a Rolex Submariner 126613LN from Ahmed (Rolex Sales Specialist) with support from David (Rolex Customer Experience Liason), which is a difficult thing to come by considering Rolex’s current supply/demand situation. All were extremely knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, communicated well (and still do) and genuinely cared about a watch enthusiast like myself. The front staff and supporting employees were professional and kind as well. I can’t recommend Tiny Jewel Box enough—if you’re looking for an authorized dealer to really build a relationship with, I personally wouldn’t look anywhere else. Thank you to the team; you’ve got a loyal customer.

  We've had nothing but exceptional experiences at Tiny Jewel Box across multiple visits, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We bought my fiancée's engagement ring here with help from Liz, who was wonderful from start to finish. As someone who'd never purchased jewelry this significant, I really appreciated how patiently she walked us through everything that goes into a ring. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. We also worked with Dani on the Rolex side, who helped me find a Sea-Dweller that I'll treasure for the rest of my life. She made the whole process a pleasure. She was really knowledgeable on all things Rolex and provided timely and professional information throughout the process. We recently returned to pick out our wedding bands—again with Liz—and had just as great an experience. We can't wait to wear them on our wedding day. If you're considering a significant jewelry purchase, especially if it's your first, you'll be in excellent hands here. Ask for Liz or Dani!

  Tiny Jewel Box is, without question, the finest watch retail experience in the country. I have purchased the majority of my collection through this store from Tudor, Rolex, Patek Philippe, and each visit has only reinforced why I keep coming back. I want to specifically thank Casey, Jesse, Roberto, Robert, and Kennera. Each of them has gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional whether it was walking me through options without pressure or simply taking the time to connect on a personal level. Their combined expertise and genuine passion for horology comes through in every interaction. If you are serious about watches and want to work with people who treat you as a friend rather than a client, there is no better place to start.
