- CWcatrina witherspoonAug 12, 20261.0I went in there to exchange items for my grandkids to different sizes I went grabbed everything then to hear the manager yelling from the little office they will have to wait I’m on break then about 5 min later being told it will be 20 min come back I kindly said no I’m not leaving it’s not my fault you don’t train regular employees how to do exchanges and it’s also very bad customer service and there was others waiting to exchange as well so now we are all just standing around the store waiting for her and she took 30 min never said sorry for the wait nothing and had a little tude as well just crazy and this was yesterday evening
- WWWard WorkMay 30, 20261.0As soon as I walked in I simply tried to touch the fabric from a sweatsuit. This light skinned chubby girl said “ dont touch that” it’s store policy” I haven’t put that on the floor yet”.. I was simply touching the fabric. Very rude!!! I left 30 seconds later..
