  drove 50 minutes to the nearest store that cashes u out for each item they accept... they took one of my bags and told us to return the next day for the other. annoying but whatever. we came back a few days later (another 50 minute drive there) just for a different lady to tell us they wont accept one oversized bag; she said to split it into two and come back. really?! NEVER returning considering the miscommunication between all employees, and the lousy $18 we got in return for a closet worth of clothing (not even enough to cover gas) 🙄

  I like that is organize by sizes and colors and have different options but they charge you $2.50 for a shopping bag!!. Like I am sorry but who in their right mind would pay 2.50 for a bag when other places charge you 0.10 cents? Thats ridiculous. I have to walk out of the store carrying the stuff that I bought.

  I’ve only gone to this location twice — the first time was great and the person was very kind. But the girl in the pink shirt that “helped” me today was EXTREMELY RUDE and mean. I’ve only been here twice so I’m not sure how everything works and thought my number may be wrong because I didn’t get a text last time. She just seemed bothered by my existence and snappy with me for no reason. So much that I decided to not even submit my items today. Please re-train her in customer service because if someone is having a bad day already then that is not okay and makes people not want to do business here.. will not be going back to this store again.
