  The store is very clean, very organized, the staff is really polite, and they are excellent at doing adjustments on your clothes when you need them. I definitely recommend everyone, and I will be coming back again

  Absolutely terrible. Spent 500+ on a tuxedo shirt. had to go in 3 times to tailor it, they didn't change anything. brought it to a fitting & the sleeves were 3 inches too long still. now I have to pay a different tailor 125$ to have it fixed in a weekend, because I dont trust them to do their job after the 4th failure in a row. terrible experience do NOT recommend. No refund offered or partial refund to cover the cost of the other tailor.

  Words can’t express just how much I love this store. I stopped in Saturday after not being there in almost 20 years! The staff truly cares about their clients. They don’t try to upsell you. They ask lots of questions to better understand their clientele. Service is 2nd to none! The leadership there is down to earth, warm and welcoming. The world would be a better place if people cared as much as the staff at Mitchell’s does. Don’t forget to ask for David in the men’s shoe department! Keep crushing it guys! I can’t wait to comeback again soon!
