  Today I received a phone call from Helene in your credit department at your Westport store, Helene called me regarding some suspicious credit card purchases on my Visa card.The charges were not made by myself or my wife.Helene advised me to contact Visa right away, I did so and found out that over 3800.00 was charged. I immediately cancelled the card and the illegal charges were dismissed. I cannot thank Helene enough for her taking the extra steps to contact me and saving me from potential fraud and theft. Mitchell’s is extremely lucky to have such a caring and curious employee.

  The store is very clean, very organized, the staff is really polite, and they are excellent at doing adjustments on your clothes when you need them. I definitely recommend everyone, and I will be coming back again

  Absolutely terrible. Spent 500+ on a tuxedo shirt. had to go in 3 times to tailor it, they didn't change anything. brought it to a fitting & the sleeves were 3 inches too long still. now I have to pay a different tailor 125$ to have it fixed in a weekend, because I dont trust them to do their job after the 4th failure in a row. terrible experience do NOT recommend. No refund offered or partial refund to cover the cost of the other tailor.
