At first glance, he may officially hold the title of Sales Operational Associate, but that description barely scratches the surface. The man operated like a luxury expedition medic combined with a master jeweler and morale officer. He immediately recognized the condition I was in a weary climber freshly returned from the upper reaches of Everest, deprived of warmth, nourishment, and clear decision-making abilities.
