  If I could give zero I would manager told me to relax because I ordered pick up an hour ago but as soon as I get to the store they said oh it wasn’t ready yet but had it right there one item ready for in 6 mins by the time I checked in no one was in the store with ten other workers just talking in a circle so if ur standing around u wanted me to wait another hour for something any 9 of ur other employees could’ve done but told me to relax like your store wasn’t busy yeah if u can get it done within the 6 I arrived why would I wait another hour? And to be told to relax and not be rude silly manager I’m pointing out the obvious if you wanna talk shit in a huddle do it after your done with someone’s order for all I care instead of acting like a jerk while there is a customer

  Customer Service, it’s beyond disappointing. My wife could be indecisive at times, but she should not feel embarrassed to go into the store if she wants to exchange or return. Most of the ladies are very rude and condescending of the exception of one young lady that works in the fitting room usually. You can speak to them and they will ignore you like you don’t exist and continue talking among themselves. We love to support our local stores but this is probably the only store in Westport we will not be shopping again.

  had some doubts about shopping at Alo because of reviews I had read before, but my experience today completely changed my perspective. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable, took the time to assist me, and were genuinely friendly and professional. I’m really happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great customer experience!

  Horrible experience and horrible attitudes and customer service from the employees here. I think the sales associates here tend to forget that they work in Customer Service… I asked for a specific size in a style of legging and they said they would go look in the back for that size and then I asked somebody else Where they were on the floor for me to look at and she said in an extremely nasty tone „we already told you we’re going to look for them in the back” To add: this response was given to me by a sales associate and the Alo manager was standing right next to her (older lady, who I’ve talked to before and I know she is management)Advice to management- train your employees on a better attitude and customer service experience or find yourself a new career. Unacceptable behavior for store employees when you’re paying 150$+ for a pair of polyester leggings.
