  worst store in westport. im not sure why sales associates who make minimum wage stand around staring at everyone who comes in the store with judgmental looks. the entire time you shop they stare at you and it makes for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. im not sure what they are judging but the way they stare its like they dont trust you or think you aren't good enough to be in there. dont waste your time and energy on this place.

  I can share my experiences entering the store in Westport. As soon as you step inside, you’re met with a sense of discrimination. People stare at you because of your skin color and hair texture. It’s an uncomfortable atmosphere, and I’m not sure if I can call it racism anymore. I’ve grown up and learned to accept it, but it’s still not something I’m comfortable with. My daughter, who is second-generation, also faced similar issues. Her hair texture is different, and she looks like she has a different skin tone. She didn’t appreciate how the store staff treated her. She tried on a few things in the bathroom and called me three times to let me know that one of the ladies kept mispronouncing her name. She kept calling her “Mia”” even though she had repeatedly told her name was “Mya.” To make matters worse, she was in the bathroom, trying on clothes, and it made her feel uncomfortable. It’s clear that racism is still a problem in the retail industry, and it’s unacceptable. I think it’s important for stores to teach their employees about cultural differences and to create a welcoming environment for all customers. We may be able to afford to shop in Westport, but we don’t have to tolerate discrimination. We’re not going to shop there anymore.

  If I could give zero I would manager told me to relax because I ordered pick up an hour ago but as soon as I get to the store they said oh it wasn’t ready yet but had it right there one item ready for in 6 mins by the time I checked in no one was in the store with ten other workers just talking in a circle so if ur standing around u wanted me to wait another hour for something any 9 of ur other employees could’ve done but told me to relax like your store wasn’t busy yeah if u can get it done within the 6 I arrived why would I wait another hour? And to be told to relax and not be rude silly manager I’m pointing out the obvious if you wanna talk shit in a huddle do it after your done with someone’s order for all I care instead of acting like a jerk while there is a customer
