  Linda made buying my first luxury watch an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment my wife and I walked in, she treated us with genuine kindness. She took the time to answer every question, made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process, and never made us feel pressured. What stood out most was how welcoming and personable she was with both of us. I had been dreaming of a luxury watch and Linda truly made it feel like a dream come true. Her warm personality turned what could have been an intimidating experience into an exciting and memorable one. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate for my first luxury watch purchase.   I purchased a David Yurman Streamline bracelet from another jeweler online and was extremely disappointed with the quality, aesthetic, and cheap clasp of what was likely older inventory. I swiftly mailed it back this morning. Close friends continued to speak of the legendary service, craftsmanship and inventory at the Lux, Bond, & Green West Hartford location. I called and explained to Juliet on the phone I was looking for an elevated, luxorious, masculine, and professional vibe. Juliet stayed true to this yet put her own personal spin on stacking several bracelets. Juliet picked out the "hex pave bracelet." This popped, paired well casually and could be worn professionally. I almost purchased this (likely will). Finally, the David Yurman box chain black diamond 8.52 bracelet stole the show. Elevated, eye catching without screaming night club owner. Again, wouldn't have had the eye for this on my own but the minute I put it on I had to have it! This pairs great with a suit, to dinner, with a great watch i.e Rolex Datejust. The icing on the cake was the Streamline 10mm ID bar bracelet in black. Looks like a $2k plus piece at $650. Unbelievably cool and versatile. It works solo, stacked and can pair with the box chain black diamond bracelet. The chocolate 🍫 pieces in my bag were a nice touch and made my son happy. If you want exemplary service and someone who can tailor her approach to Plus a hint of her own flair go see Juliet! She made a customer for life.

  I always have a wonderful experience shopping at Lux Bond & Green and my latest visit for my wife’s Mother’s Day present was no exception. Matt helped me navigate through the store’s extensive collections and with his knowledge and expertise, we were able to select a pice which I’m certain she will enjoy. Matt made the process very easy and I’m looking forward to working with him again soon.
