Karen went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband with his dream watch.   I had a wonderful experience working with Alena at Lux Bond & Green in West Hartford. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—assisting me with the waitlist and helping me select a fantastic Tudor watch as a Father's Day gift for my father-in-law, while also staying in touch with me afterwards. I am really looking forward to receiving the watch and am very grateful for her patience and enthusiasm.

  I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT. Alena was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked into the store. I initially stopped by to explore a few Rolex models and learn more about the waitlist process. Alena took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me get added to the waitlist. While browsing, I asked about the newly released Tudor BB58 GMT “Diet Coke” bezel. Although it wasn’t in stock at the time, she promised to let me know as soon as one arrived—and she followed through. When the watch came in, Alena wasn’t available, but another associate stepped in and provided equally excellent service. The entire purchase process was smooth and enjoyable. They sized the bracelet perfectly, and I walked out wearing my new watch that same day. Thank you to Alena and the entire team at Lux Bond & Green for making this such a great experience. I’m already looking forward to the next deal!
