  DISGUSTING!! Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement with fruit and balloons. $135 ish. The driver decided to leave it on my front doorstep in the elements because he claimed he thought someone was home. I bring the display inside and immediately see bugs on the outer wrapping when I get home. Mind you this is also supposed to be refrigerated and spoilage could occur quickly with chocolate covered fruits etc. Called the store immediately and was first told I would be credited our money back as leaving things outside is not company policy unless a note specifying. I also told them I would happily give the arrangement back to their driver, and they proceeded to tell me that was not necessary. (Jessica the store manager.) I proceeded to send them a video showing some type of bug crawling all around the outermost wrapping . The general manager Abdullah Then contacted me back hours later and said he would NOT be issuing me a refund that I needed to contact corporate that as long as the bugs didn’t get on the fruit, there would be no reason for a refund and or he would need to inspect the fruit for bugs!!! The fact that bugs were on the wrapper and my fruit was exposed to the elements should be enough to issue a refund! Pests, bacteria, contamination, food borne illness, dirt, spoilage is ok to this location! Absolutely disgusting! Could not upload video, but photos of bug on packaging!

  I placed an order for an arrangement around 11am and it was delivered by 4. They were very fast with the delivery and the arrangement was awesome. I highly recommend
