- JDJuno DinaJun 18, 20261.0The energy was off as soon as we walked in. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I brought my son in the store to pick out a cologne. He was so excited and found the one he wanted. He brought the sample over to me to see if I agreed it smelt good. An employee named Shante came over and commented that he can't kept spraying the spray. I expressed that he sprayed it once so I could smell it. She went on to nag that he also sprayed it when he picked it up. I asked isn't that the purpose of a sample. She replied yes but you can't keep spraying it. Annoyed that she was making a big deal over something he was excited about and intended to purchase, I told him to put it back. He became physically upset, making me upset. What type of miserable person would make a big deal over smelling a sample. Disgusting and disappointing.
