  I purchased my watch from Selena and what an amazing experience it was. She was knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, and very personable. She made the purchase of the timepiece so wonderfully memorable and would be treasured for lifetime to come. When I buy my next valuable piece it can only be with SELENA.

  On 2023 I went to LBG to look at a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Watch which I was considering for a purchase. I spoke with a representative named Serena who was very knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed. She told me that they cannot be ordered and that I would have to wait until one came in and I would basically be put on a waiting list, with that she filled out an index card with my information and said I would be notified and that it will take some time before it would get to me possibly months or years. Well 3 years later I received a call from Serena stating the watch was available and if I was still interested in which I told her most definitely. I took a 2.5 hour ride from Queens NY to LBG In Mohegan Sun Connecticut and purchased the watch, the representative who helped me went over everything I needed to know about the watch, adjusted it to my wrist and made sure the fitting was correct. The experience was great and I left the store feeling wonderful. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks to the staff at LBG for a great experience.

  I had an amazing experience with Lux Bond and Green at the Mohegan Sun location. I filled out a request for a Rolex that I’ve been looking for for quite some time. They did mention that it might take a while, but I received the call back and had an amazing experience while picking it up will certainly be doing future business and I am grateful for their service.
