  Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business for selling your items. I brought in several pieces, including two items that were brand new with the original tags still attached, as well as other clothing items. Unfortunately, I found the process unclear, and my experience with the communication and customer service was disappointing. My understanding was that the items would be evaluated and then listed through their online portal. However, not all of my items were listed. When the items that did not sell became available for pickup, I was not contacted. More importantly, I had already specifically told the owner that I would be coming to pick up my unsold items. I later learned that the items had been donated. I was very surprised and disappointed by this, especially because two of the pieces were brand new and still had their original tags attached. Based on the circumstances, I personally have concerns about whether the items were actually donated or whether some may have been kept by the business to be resold. I cannot say for certain that this happened, but this is the impression I was left with. If the items were in fact donated, I believe the business should be able to provide confirmation or proof of the donation when a customer specifically asks what happened to their property. Another concern I had was the lack of transparency around the sales process. They use an online portal to track the items, but I found that the information in the portal was not always accurate and did not include all of my items. There is also no detailed receipt provided showing which items were sold. As a customer, you are essentially left to rely on the information in the portal and the business’s word regarding what was sold and what happened to the remaining items. Because I personally found discrepancies in the portal, this made it difficult for me to feel confident that I had a complete and accurate record of my items. I also found my interaction with the owner to be unpleasant. I felt that she was rude and had an entitled attitude, which made an already disappointing situation even more frustrating. Overall, I left this experience feeling that there was a lack of transparency, communication, and accountability when it came to my belongings.

I’ve been consigning here for quite a while now, and I have been extremely pleased with my experience and the sales I’ve made. The staff is absolutely the best—friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always so welcoming. The selection is amazing, too! They have something for everyone—beautiful clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, men’s clothing, and so much more. The quality is always great, and there are constantly new and unique items to discover. Whether you’re looking to shop for some great finds or have quality items you’d like to consign, I highly recommend Paradise Green Consignments. It’s truly a wonderful shop with an amazing staff! ❤️

  I was in the area, didn't even know about this consignment store in Stratford. I loved the experience, first of all, the welcoming, staff was very friendly and made me feel like I've been there before. Helped me find great options for my new summer wardrobe.   This store is amazing! I went yesterday for the first time and it instantly became my favorite place. All of the items are new or like new and the high end selection was incredible. I found some fantastic things and the owner was so kind and helpful. I 1,000% recommend this place!
