The reason for only 3 stars is the DSW online system. After making an online purchase, it's difficult to find what you paid for each item so getting multiple charges on your credit card is confusing as to which specific item each charge is for. Now that I've returned a few items to their physical store, I have to figure out if I received all the refunds due to me then see if I've been double or over charged. That's time consuming & frustrating.
