  Stopped by on my way home to look at a couple shirts and ended up seeing a pair of shoes I knew my wife would love. I bought them for $55, then immediately realized they were a 7Y and the wrong size. Keep in mind, I hadn’t even left the counter. I asked if I could return them and was told there are no refunds on shoes. Fine—I asked for store credit instead. That was refused too. Then, after I had literally just paid $55 for them and was still standing at the counter, I was offered $25 for the shoes I had just purchased. So apparently the shoes went from being worth $55 to $25 in the span of about 10 seconds without ever leaving the counter. Pretty unbelievable way to handle a customer. Wish there was a 0 star option.

  They are extremely picky and choosy about what they will buy from you, but as I was browsing the sales floor, a lot of their current inventory was disgusting (stained), damaged, and just plain old outdated and ugly. Also, the pricing here is INSANE. Go to an actual thrift store! You’ll find much better pieces for WAY less!

  Yes, a clean well organized, well priced thrift store! I've heard about for a long time, first but definitely not the last visit!

  If u are colored don’t go here!! If you are the owner please train staff with more customer service. Uncomfortable experience got weird glances from staff (5 girls) and were just staring at us when me and my cousins walked in the girl that was taking my clothes didn’t explain the rules properly and someone else had to explain them, didn’t take anything because said they don’t take clothes that are button down (too classy for them) fine, but half of them were sweaters and un worn jeans. It’s ok, donated them to goodwill instead, but really uncomfortable experience!!
