  Racial profiling. First time ever coming into the store but because me and my friends were dressed as casual people we looked not apart of their kind apparently because when other groups came in they didn’t surround them and ask if they needed help.

  Literally the most uncomfortable experience. They will follow you around and think you are stealing. When I came in for an exchange, both employees there thought my friend and I were stealing, like, literally came in to exchange, and she was gonna buy something, but after that we just got the exchange, and she bought it online.

  Very disappointed with this Lululemon store. I bought sneakers online for my wife for Christmas and they didn’t fit. When I bought them the website clearly states I could return for free online OR in-store. In January, employees in the store told my wife and me, separately, that they couldn’t process the return in store. I started the return process online right in front of them and the website asked me if I wanted to return online OR in-store. I showed this to the employee and they still refused to process the return in store. Awful customer service.

  The racial profiling at this store is SAD ! I Came into this store For a pickup order , when I entered the store there was a BALD Caucasian SECURITY GUARD at the door entrance supposedly watching the store while others shopped . I stand in line to pick up my online order , he then walks up to the checkout lane and stand exactly where I’m standing at . He basically was silently letting me know he was watching me. Meanwhile there are others in the store . He continues to stare me down and then try to look at my id once I gave it to the cashier to find my order . Real question here …. Is the security guards only for colored people ? He’s steady watching somebody who already paid for their items and already in checkout rater than standing by the entrance in case people decided to steal since they see him only paying attention to the black people . Don’t shop here if you are black you will be discriminated against despite how much money you have !
