Came to return a item 5 mins before closing and they were extremely understanding about it and when I got to my car I realised I got the wrong size then they let me back in after they closed to swap again

My only issue is that the clothes selection is not as versatile

Walked in, the lady at the front greeted me very nicely, and directed me towards what I was looking for. I was the only person in the store. The other person working there hovered over me like a hawk, just watching me shop. Was made to feel so uncomfortable I wound up leaving and ordering clothes online. Being absolutely haunted while shopping is a great way to scare off customers and probably contributes to why retail is dying. For reference I was already wearing lululemon shorts and jacket, clearly a repeat customer, maybe it’s due to the fact I’m a bit larger than their average customer, i’m also white and can’t even imagine how they treat minorities. I’m not sure what their deal was but certainly won’t be back.

Topic: Racial profiling + horrible customer service!! Ive been debating on if I should say something but the more I sit on it what hapened in this store was completely unacceptable! On January 1st I came into lululemon, me along with 3 other feiends. I seen cute keychain started looking for the line, it was confusing to see who was in the line and who wasnt due to the products also being incorporated in the line so i was unsure who was / wasnt in the line. A worker came up to mein a hurry and asked if i needed help and jus kept staring at me and my friends. I knew this wasnt a genuine “Do you need help with anything” from her tone and how she continued to act afterwards. From then I put the keychain down and continued to look around the store where she followed me and my friends all around the store as if she was accusing us of being mischievous, keep in mind we always support this store, multiple items and all! We started to talk to a worker on what was going on and the lady approached again stating she was doing her job by calling for backup on her walkie talkie when we were walking around and then following only us around the store when there was 1. many others and im sure she had another job to do than following around people for the color of their skin!!
