- KDKelly DamajSep 15, 20262.0I received a very generous Edible Arrangements gift from a friend and was initially impressed with how beautiful it looked. Unfortunately, the fruit quality was extremely disappointing. I had to discard about half the strawberries, all of the honeydew due to fermentation, and all of the cantaloupe because it was spoiled. The only fruit that was fresh and enjoyable was the pineapple and chocolate-covered pineapple. I have also been very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I called the store three separate times and left messages asking for a manager to contact me, but I never received a return call. I order from Edible Arrangements regularly for friends and family and have never experienced anything like this before, which makes this situation especially surprising. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again. This was an expensive gift meant to be thoughtful, and it is upsetting that so much had to be discarded. I would appreciate a response from management to address both the product quality and the lack of follow-up.
