I hate shopping for clothes, feels like a waste of money, so after my wife brought me to Plato's, I instantly loved their selection of quality, mostly like new, clothes for a fraction of the cost of new purchases. Also, feels good to do something that's good for the environment. Will be back!

I searched online to make sure my clothes were acceptable since I’ve never been to Plato’s Closet. They only want HIGH end things! They don’t take SHEIN which online says otherwise. Online should state that each store varies on what is accepted. I had clothes from LOFT, Michael Korrs, Charlotte Russe, old navy. Shoes from converse, Jordans, and vans. They didn’t take anything but 1 Essentials sweater and offered $4. Laughable. Won’t be doing this again!

Horrible service, this is like a Goodwill with standards of a store who sells brand new clothes. I don’t think they know the meaning of thrifted clothes.

Great place to get rid of some prior sneakers.

Went in with a full bag of clothes including Abercrombie, Shein, Vans, and Uggs. First visit I was told there was an odor and to wash everything, which I did. Came back and was told most items had stains or weren’t accepted. The only item they took was my Vans, and I was only offered $3 for them, which felt extremely low. Overall, the feedback felt inconsistent and the payout wasn’t worth the effort.
