Then they were whispering about something completely unrelated (socks running out) and didn’t say anything beyond that. I feel like the service from this store is consistently bad so I wouldn’t recommend.

Maddie at the New Haven J.Crew location went above and beyond with her service, even steaming my purchase so I could quickly change into something more appropriate for the weather.
