  I arranged for one of my friends to receive a small edible arrangement as a moving away gift. Unfortunately, she did not happen to be home when the delivery was attempted. The woman who called me was initially very nice and told me they could try delivering it again later which I agreed to. However, she then called me back and, quite rudely, stated that a neighbor had told the driver they would hold onto it and then hung up on me!!!!! I was pretty upset by this especially because I was not given the correct apartment information for this neighbor and have no way of contacting them or even knowing who currently has the arrangement. In all honesty I felt completely crushed by the experience. This was supposed to be a surprise moving away gift for my friend, and unfortunately it is far from that now. At this point, I’m also worried that trying to track down the arrangement from an unknown neighbor may be more of a nuisance for her than a gift. I understand that missed deliveries happen, but I really wish the situation had been handled differently and with a little more consideration. I will not be ordering from this location again.

  I ordered two platters sent to a local business prior to their opening hours. They were able to make these in a moments notice. I’m so thankful the business loved it and called to let Edible know. I was able to speak with Erica who confirmed she made the summer Platters for me. Thanks for a time well had. Will order again.

  I will not recommend this location. I placed an Oder of flower arrangement for a grand opening. Oder it on the website the night before for next day delivery, I get up in the morning realizing I was being double charged. Called the store and requested a refund for the second charge, the girl on the phone was very short, no apologies or anything. Then when the Oder was delivered? My friend post a picture of it and tag me on social media then I realize what she received was not what I’m Oder for her. I place an order of nice vases of roses and a Congratulation card this oder worth $116.98 But my friend received a regular vases of flowers the card and a box of strawberry with o did not oder. I call the store again, telling them I’m upset the delivery was wrong, it’s not what I oder. The girl on the phone be again was not professional at all, very short with me on the phone, she Said: I’m sorry we send out a different product because what you have oder is not available for today, and that why we giving a refund. Now I have to explain her the refund was for the double charged by your store and I have to call this morning to clarify. Then now she said oh then I will issue another refund for you. It’s will take at least 5 business day. She did not apologize for the Incident. She Told me they had to sent a different Oder because what I want is not available. Don’t they supposed to call me to notify that, ask me if I want to replace it with a different kind of flowers. No they just pick a complete different flowers and a box of fruit which I didn’t want. They don’t know the receiver or what kind of occasions, or what I want. She event blame it was the different girls on the morning ship who did it not her.
