  My experience at Manfredi was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Working with Nick was easy - he is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and flexible. My now-fiancée and I stumbled upon Manfredi and popped in to look at watches. Within two minutes of working with Nick, I knew this is where I would purchase an engagement ring. He helped my fiancée develop a framework for purchase and took it from there, setting it exactly how she wanted and working with me to fit within a budget. This was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Nick and Manfredi for anyone starting the process!

  My wife and I recently visited Manfredi Jewels to pick up a Rolex for myself and a Roberto Coin bracelet for her. The customer service we received from Eraldo was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire buying process straightforward and enjoyable. We are very happy with both pieces and look forward to shopping at Manfredi Jewels again in the future. Highly recommend asking for Eraldo if you're stopping in.

  I am writing this review to document practices I experienced at this Rolex Authorized Dealer that appear inconsistent with Rolex’s stated policies and standards for Authorized Retailers. During multiple visits and conversations with Nick and Eraldo I was informed—explicitly or implicitly—that access to certain professional and high-demand Rolex models was contingent upon non-Rolex purchases, prior spend unrelated to Rolex, or undefined “relationship requirements.” I was also given conflicting explanations regarding availability that did not align with observable inventory movement. Rolex has been clear that Authorized Dealers are not permitted to require bundling, forced purchase of non-Rolex merchandise, or other conditional sales practices in order to obtain a Rolex timepiece. As a client attempting to purchase in good faith at retail, this experience was disappointing and undermines confidence in the Authorized Dealer program. What is most concerning is not the lack of availability—understandable in today’s market—but the lack of transparency and consistency, which creates the impression that sales practices may be occurring outside Rolex’s ethical and contractual guidelines. I am sharing this feedback publicly so it may reach Rolex corporate for awareness and review. I strongly support the brand and its values, and I hope Rolex continues to hold Authorized Dealers to the highest standards of fairness, integrity, and customer trust. — A serious Rolex client seeking a policy-compliant retail experience

  Angela, Victor and the team @ Manfredi Jewelers are fantastic! they provided me with an exceptional service! They have beautiful product and the family-owned atmosphere puts them apart from every other jewelry store I’ve ever been too.
