  I visited Framebridge yesterday for the first time and am so grateful for Katie’s help! She patiently and very expertly helped me choose frames and matting for very old family photos. I don’t think I could have done this without her because I was quite overwhelmed by the amount of photos, of which they were mostly odd sizes. Katie has beautiful taste and helped create a collection of framed photos that will remain in my family for generations. I will update my post once I pick up my order from the store in a couple of weeks. I can’t wait to see how they come out!

  I am an artist and work with Katie - who is a dream to work with. She is efficient, seamless and helpful when looking up past orders. While there have occasionally been inconsistencies with my framing projects, she has always addressed the issues promptly and made me feel confident returning with future work. The frames and mattes are high quality, and the company genuinely values working with artists.

  My wife and I came in to this location to get several family photos framed. We were promptly ignored by the two staff members who were each helping other customers. We waited for about 15 minutes and not one of them told us they would help us when they had a minute. We left and took our business elsewhere. It’s one thing to be helping other customers, it’s another thing to flat out ignore people that visit your store ready to purchase from you.
