- CSChristina SimmonsSep 2, 20261.0I came at 6:40 with my son and my man. And they couldn’t dip anything. Why r u even open until 7:00 if u can’t dip anything? Makes no sense. Close at 6 from now. I just wasted my gas and time to come here. I’m disgusted. on top of that, yall disappointed my kid. He was excited for a dip cone. Comes in and the lady didn’t wanna make it. Why turn off the machines if the store closes at 7? And no manager to speak to? No one even commented back on this lol what a mess. Imma talk to corporate LOL Update: called corporate. They said that is NOT how they want the store run. Hope whoever did that to us is held accountable for being lazy.
- TZT ZAug 21, 20261.0ZERO promise time was not met chocolate melted was told the birthday fruit arrangement would show up before business hours end ZERO did not show up until EVERYONE LEFT AFTER 5pm and then told an employee at the job to call the recipient !!! THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER PRICED I PAID $170 FOR A LATE ARRIVAL MELTED HOT STRAWBERRIES AND ZERO. COMPENSATION! My son was thankful and said way too much wont eat it all…. BECAUSE THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO SHARE DURING WORING HOURS! I WEEP NEVER EVER USE THIS OVER PROMISED BAD POOR PRESENTATION OF A HOT FRUIT BASKET !!!!!!&@&&)
