- NPNatalie PhillipsSep 11, 20261.0I went to American Eagle in Milford excited to buy jeans, but the customer service was terrible. The store wasn’t busy, yet no one greeted or acknowledged me. Employees walked right past me and talked among themselves without offering any help. I felt uncomfortable, so I left and spent my money somewhere with great customer service. I would not recommend this location. Zero out of ten.
- MAMelanie AguilarApr 26, 20261.0As soon as I walked in they just said we’re closed we’re closed instead of hi how are you we unfortunately are closed, also walked in at 5:56 just wanting to make a simple return yet because they were in such a rush to go home they just kept saying they were closed truly unprofessional.
- BDBrandon DevlinFeb 9, 20251.0I purchased a pair of jeans about 5 months ago and noticed today a fraying tear near the seam. These are not my every day pants either maybe worn a few dozen times out casually not to work or agressive activities. Called customer service and the policy is strictly is 60 days with tags intact. I will no longer be purchasing their products after being a customer of 15+ years. I would not recommend them their quality is clearly falling and they don't stand behind their products. --Look elsewhere for clothing.--
