  What an amazing experience lastrina girls provided! I’m eloping next month so I was pressed for time. Maria was beyond helpful when it came to finding the perfect dress for me, she was patient and so friendly. Krista was flexible and amazing. I highly recommend!!

  Christina at Lastrina is incredible. Two weeks before my wedding the original dress I bought at another store was a sample and it didn’t fit right once it was sized to me. The designer couldn’t accommodate seeing me again to fix it until days before the wedding. Christina got me in, expedited my dream dress and a friend of mine altered it just in time. I wish this was my first stop while looking for a dress. They’re amazing! Associate Alex is the kindest most caring person I met in the wedding industry.

  It’s been a few days since our wedding and I’ve gone back and forth about writing a review. As a rule I don’t usually write negative reviews as I don’t like putting small businesses on blast. I’m also still trying to decide if I’m upset because it’s all still so fresh, or if I am justified in feeling this way. My experience picking the dress in December was honestly fantastic. My consultant, K’Ehleyr, was AMAZING! and genuinely listened to what I wanted and made me feel so secure in my choices and opinions. I have nothing but great things to say about her and how she handled my appointment. That part alone is 5-star worthy. But my feelings changed once it was time to order and tailor my dress. I will absolutely own the fact that I should have been more assertive and trusted my gut at times, so I won’t fault the salon there. I was convinced to order a smaller dress size even though I was very hesitant due to my weight constantly fluctuating, because I was told tailoring would create the fit I was seeking. Obviously my dress fit very awkwardly once it came in, but I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I feel like I was rushed throughout my fitting appointments and, more importantly, like I wasn’t being heard or listened to. When I mentioned issues I had with the fit of the dress, it felt like I was annoying the tailor and like she only followed through halfway because she didn’t agree. Multiple times I’d be told “that’s just the style” even when I was trying to communicate what I felt were very legitimate concerns. There was at least one appointment where I was close to tears the entire time. She also didn’t add rubber pieces to keep my straps from falling after saying she would. All in all, I feel like her resistance to address some of my concerns resulted in a very poorly fitting dress that had me near tears on the day of my wedding and in tears once I saw pictures and video of how the garment moved with my body. I had no delusions of my body shape changing to look like the model, but the fit was really awkward and poor. I just really wanted to feel pretty and sadly that wasn’t the case. Despite a fitting five days before my wedding, many parts were still too tight or too big. Like I said, I went back and forth about writing a review. For all I know maybe I just caught people at a bad time, especially as most reviews are so positive. And as I mentioned at the beginning, my initial appointment to try on dresses was fabulous! I guess this comes down to a case of needing to be more assertive and trusting my own judgement.

  I am getting married in 8 weeks and I called last minute for any appointments for today and they were able to fit me in. When I walked in the experience was more than what I expected. I went to a previous bridal shop where I purchased a wedding dress and they barely even spoke five words to me and just stood There. But here they were hyping me up telling me that I looked beautiful and helping me out in anyway that I possibly can. SAM WAS AMAZING AND SUPER SWEET AND SO WAS THE ASSISTANT Since this would be my second dress, as I changed my mind with the other one, they were super accommodating and super helpful and listen to all my concerns. I even got to meet the wonderful owner who is super nice to me and was able to help me with whatever I needed. The seamstress was also very sweet and I am so excited to continue to work with them for my special day! 🤍

  Unless you want to waste $125 on an appointment fee I suggest you do not book here. The room was not “recently renovated”, in fact it was unkept and dirty. We paid a hefty difference for the petite signature appointment just to be provided soggy miniature puff pastries, some chocolate covered almonds, and a cheap bottle of wine. No chocolates like advertised. When we came for my sister’s appointment in the past, we were given a beautiful assortment of chocolates and it was much more deluxe. Considering you’re paying a $100 difference for this upgrade plus only 15 minutes extra compared to the classic package, it is not worth it. They also did not have a single dress I was interested in despite being told otherwise. Our sales associate was helpful and kind, but the overall experience was lacking a certain level of luxury you think you’re going to get by paying this fee. Super disappointing.
