The driver put the arrangement inside my front storm door leaving it propped open on an a day with heavy wind gusts. I came home to find my storm door broken/bent stuck open and my door frame cracked where the hinge is. I called the store to report the incident and was told I needed to wait to hear back from the store owner. It has been a week now and I have called multiple times with no response from the owner. The store manager keeps telling me sorry for the inconvenience and will not even provide me with the name of the store owner. I called corporate and they said the store is independently owned and they cannot make the owner call me back. Terrible way to treat a customer. I would have appreciated at least getting a call back to acknowledge what happened. All of this has been recorded on my front door camera.

Ordered an expensive platter for Christmas and had arranged to pick up on the 24th and was assured that they make it fresh the day of pick up and that it would still be fresh the next day for Christmas. I'm not sure if they freeze these trays, but when we took out of the fridge on Christmas morning, the chocolate was sweating and wet, and the leaves on the strawberries were drooping and wilted, and some of the pineapple was turning brown. Not what I expected for the amount of money I paid for this tray. Will never order a tray like this from them again.
