They dropped my stuff off in the back door And just left there overnight with our let anybody know they got delivered. The birthday was the same day. It was supposed to drop it off. Yeah they dropped it off, but they left it in the back the next day flowers is all wrinkled up, looking in a box of fruits is all wet from the rain from the night before I recommend y'all not to ever use them for a special delivery to surprise anybody special this place is the worst place that ever ever existed. - YYYe YeezyFeb 14, 20261.0My niece ordered an arrangement for her mom on Valentine’s Day and according to a store employee when we called to question the tardiness, the delivery driver supposedly “got lost and frustrated so he left”. Not once did he reach out by phone or text, honk the horn or even attempt to stick around until things were figured out. We called the Manchester store multiple times and the person on the phone sounded very confused and unsure about how she should handle the situation. Instead, she kept saying “he will try again, you will get it today”. It is now 8pm, the store has closed and nothing was resolved. Very unprofessional and the poor customer service is completely unacceptable especially when a $103 order is in question. I will make sure my friends and family NEVER order from this establishment. The employees AND drivers need training immediately. Negative 0 stars if I could! Needless to say, my sister did NOT receive her bouquet and my 14 year old niece is crushed about it.
