  I ordered a birthday gift set for my daughter's birthday and the cupcake plush was missing and there were only 4 strawberries instead of 6... I contacted the company on multiple occasions for month and NEVER got an answer. Will NEVER order from them again and would definitely NOT recommend. Bad feedback for the comapny and the store itself...

  Disgusting, rotting, expired fruit was delivered from this location to to my wife for her birthday. The alleged manager, a female starting with letter M, was profoundly disrespectful, harassing, and unapologetic. This place should not be in operation. Dept of health needs to investigate.

  Received fruit nearing expiration from this store! Every year I receive a basket from my family and it was usually from the Willimantic Connecticut store. This year it came from Manchester store and there were already fruit flies within 24 hour despite being kept in a cold fridge. By 48 hours, the fruit was dripping, wet and rotting. The store manager, at least she alleged she was – someone named Michelle? or Monique, was very rude and passive aggressive and refused to give me the phone number for corporate when I told her my concerns and she refused to help unless I drove down to the store in person which is like an hour from my home. I’m so sorry to inconvenience you - alleged store, manager…I did not expect to open my fruit basket and see expired fruit. Isn’t this a health department violation????? Thanks for helping screw up my birthday EDIBLE MANCHESTER

  I made an order and then received a call that there would be an extra delivery charge due to the location I was sending it too. The person asked if I would like the order cancelled, and I said yes, please cancel. Several hours later, I got a notice saying that the order had been delivered. When I called to tell them I had cancelled my order, I was told they would refund the extra delivery charge. I was still charged for the product, even though I cancelled the order. They never offered to refund my money, even though it was their mistake. I asked for a refund, but they refused. Again, it was their mistake, not mine. I acknowledge my mistakes and make good on them. This company obviously has no idea how to do that.
