Severe lack of communication from store and driver resulting in late delivery to dear recipient that just had surgery. Calls were never returned. Extremely rude woman from store screaming over the phone and hung up on this paying customer and refused to assist with delivery issue or return call to provide update on the status of delivery. Will be reporting employee to highest tier of management and won’t ever use their service again!

For this recent Mother’s Day I ordered a gift online over the weekend before but had to cancel the next day due to my mother needing to travel out of state. I cancelled my order a week in advance before Mother’s Day. I sent 4 cancel request online but I never got a reply from customer service regarding a refund. I wanted to make sure my order was cancelled before Mother’s Day. The day of Mother’s Day I got an email saying my order was picked up when I never picked it up because I wanted the order cancelled. So either a worker at the store took my order and lied saying it was picked up. A waste of $60 including tip because of lack of communication.

I’ve tried calling several times, but no one is answering. The Edible Arrangements website still shows that Mother’s Day deliveries are available all day, so I’m confused and frustrated. I’ve submitted a cancellation, still no response. 😡
