    Absolutely disgusted on how I was just treated. We had a loss in the family and I ordered a one hour delivery via their website. I got a phone call from the nastiest, uncaring, unsympathetic and just plan rude worker. Said they close in an hour so can they just deliver it tomorrow. I explained the situation and she goes in the rudest way possible n zero care in her voice yeah I see it’s a sympathy thing can I just do it tomorrow. I said no just cancel the the whole thing. I’ll figure something out and then proceeds to say you’re not gunna find anything to deliver today. Seriously, that’s how you think you should speak to someone. Don’t order from this place. This is not a place you should put your trust in to care for you and your loved ones for any occasion. I understand working all day and wanted to go home but if I pulled this I’d be fired from my job Update; I spoke to the manager this morning, and that poor gentleman felt awful about his employees behavior. And the way he handled it I am going to change the number of stars I gave because it was great customer service on his part, but I want to keep that cautionary tale of the rude employee up here because she doesn’t need to be held accountable for her actions. And he even agreed her behavior was unacceptable. He said that she had plenty of time to fulfill the order. Which I know because I ended up calling the Milford’s location and they were able to fill it with no problem

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after calling Edible Arrangements - Hamden. I called earlier today, Friday, January 23rd, around 2:00 PM, to ask a few questions about placing a delivery order for a friend, as I had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. I also wanted to confirm whether I could include a personalized card with the fruit bouquet. Unfortunately, the representative (young lady) who answered the phone was extremely rude from the start. Her tone was dismissive, her responses were very dry, and there was a clear lack of professionalism, patience, and basic customer service etiquette. At no point did she show enthusiasm, helpfulness, or a willingness to assist—qualities you would reasonably expect from someone in a customer-facing role. What should have been a positive and thoughtful experience quickly became uncomfortable and disappointing. I was genuinely excited to place this order for a friend recovering from surgery. Although I ultimately proceeded with the purchase due to my friend living in Hamden and the store’s location, the interaction completely took the joy out of what should have been a thoughtful experience. I hope this feedback reaches management or leadership. Customer service representatives should be approachable, respectful, and patient. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of that standard.
