  Nancy and Gregory made our experience exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel like family the moment we walked in. They took their time to thoroughly explain every option, answered all of our questions with patience, and shared their knowledge in a way that made us feel informed and confident. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to find people who combine such expertise with such genuine care. The entire experience felt personal, comfortable, and like being welcomed into a family’s home rather than simply being a customer.   I cannot recommend Steven Fox highly enough. From the start, Steven and his staff were incredibly professional and understanding as they helped me choose the perfect engagement ring. Over the course of several meetings, we were able to find the perfect diamond and ring design for my now fiancé. The result is a ring that is not only beautiful but also a perfect reflection of how special she is. Steven made the process feel special and his personal touch made all the difference.

  I wanted to share my experience because customer service matters. The first time I visited, my experience was great and I had no complaints. However, during my most recent visit, an older woman’s attitude and the way she spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The interaction felt a little rude and unprofessional, and because of that, I had to leave shortly after. I do appreciate the time taken to assist me, but I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration and that future customers have a better experience. ☺️
