  What an absolutely beautiful experience it was literally and figuratively to go to Steven Fox Jewelry to help my "sudo" son begin the process of choosing an engagement ring for his girlfriend. It was an honor i did not take lightly and as the process began Steven and Nancy made it informative, enjoyable and personal ! They both make you feel like you are the only person in the world and what a beautiful world the store is !!!! The beginning stages of ring design had to be done out of state over Facetime and Steven took so much time to explain and educate , never making any questions or asks feel rushed. My "son" was so comfortable over FT he then flew out to make final choices and decisions in person with Steven and Nancy . The entire experience from the very moment you step into the store is personal and professional but also fun and you feel like part of a family that truly cares about your story and your intentions and needs- it is like no other jewelry store experience you will ever have . Stevens knowledge is exceptional and his eye for detail and perfection is unmatched. The store is truly a jewel in Greenwich and i would highly recommend you stop by if only for a look at all the gorgeous jewelry and bespoke pieces that Steven Fox Jewelry has. The staff and Steven will always make you feel welcome and as special as their beautiful jewelry 🩷

  I am so grateful for the experience I had with the kind team at Steven Fox Jewelry. I was looking for a piece of jewelry that was not only vintage, but a collectable for a gift from my husband. I found a vintage Cartier bracelet that was made in Paris (they are now outsourced) on their website. I emailed their team asking about the item. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful and even offered to honor the price first seen on their website after they increased the price the next day (the value of gold went up). They worked closely with my husband to make sure the experience was easy and special. I absolutely love the gift I got from them especially since working with this team goes along with it. :).

  Bought several great diamond pieces here more than two decades ago. Reached out via email for updated appraisals and received them in 20 minutes. Much appreciated. By contrast, Tiffany said $200 per piece to appraise their own stuff.
