- PRPaul RicciDec 5, 20245.0I went to Richard's last December. I had heard of the great service and wanted to find out for myself. We live 265 miles away near Syracuse NY. Brian Hawkins promptly waited on me and they tailored a pair of jeans and also purchased a belt. I received a thank you letter from Scott Mitchell after Christmas. We came back in late January and purchased on several visits, 3 sportcoats, 6 pair of pants, 2 pairs of jeans, multiple dress shirts, several belts, a few ties, and some beautiful sweaters. In addition to my purchases my wife received some earrings and a beautiful purse. The service is outstanding and once you get into their system, know your sizes and brands you like, you are able to access all 8 stores across the country. I have so many wow stories from the last 12 months. I am a middle class guy who likes great value. That is what you get from them.
