  The blonde young lady with long hair couldn’t have been more off putting . I explained I’ve seen a certain size online, I asked if I can try it on.She came back with the item, put it in my hands in the middle of the store, I asked again if I can try it on, she vaguely pointed towards the back of the store , turned around and left. What happened to customer service, especially in high end stores like this , located in one of the richest zip codes in the country?very disappointed .

  Ive been to the store two times already, today was my third time. I went there to buy a gift for my wife for our anniversary, and got attended from a lady with long blonde hair. I did not like the way she spoke to me, almost like with an attitude and seemed a bit rude. Will not be going again!
