  BUYER BEWARE! Betteridge was once a quality store when it was owned by the family. It is now owned by Watches of Switzerland who does not care at all about the customer, product they sell or brand they bought and are destroying. I have purchased several items there. The last was $65k necklace that broke after my wife wore it four times. Betteridge refused to help us get it repaired. Pam Ryan the Greenwich store manager told me "you are not our customer. You bought that from the former owner and we won't help you." When I asked her to contact the manufacturer, she said we don't have their phone number. However, they do have the name, email and website. Such a pathetic excuse for being lazy and not caring about the customer. There are plenty of other nice stores in Greenwich. Avoid Betteridge. You get better service at Walmart!

  Been on a "waitlist" for over 3 years at this point for a basic datejust rolex. After numerous follow up emails and being offered a second hand Rolex for double the price, i've given up. Attempted to get my dream watch for my wedding but that wasn't possible either. 2 years after I got married I thought I'd give betteridge another shot, attempted another purchase yet put on a waitlist and completely forgotten about.

  Dealt with a grumpy old guy who seemed totally disinterested in selling me a new Cartier Santos. Didn't even have the courtesy to say thanks for the sale after I bought it. Didn't know how to check me out on his computer. Just walked away to meet someone he knew. I was left standing there with no receipt and a watch that wasn't fitted to me. That was a highly unsatisfactory way to spend real money. Absolutely would not go back. There are plenty of places to go that believe in service. Even now days later I am still irritated.

  It was a wonderful experience. Donna our Jewelry Consultant at BETTERIDGE welcomed us as family, she made us feel very, very special. I ordered a watch for my nephew’s Law School graduation. On that same day we received a call the watch had arrived. This definitely enhanced his special day. While we were at BETTERIDGE I decided to order a watch for my retirement. Donna and the team impressed me so much with their thoughtfulness and kindness towards my nephew and my family. BETTERIDGE immediately became our forever jewelers. My watch has arrived as well. Our milestone celebration watches are beautiful and amazed how much joy and happiness this has brought to our lives. We love our watches, we love BETTERIDGE, and we love Donna our Jewelry Consultant and appreciate all she has done to make a fabulous memorable experience for my family.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Dana. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She made both my wife and me feel very valued throughout the entire process and spent a long time with us trying on different items. She also helped me obtain a watch that means a great deal to me, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Dana genuinely cares about her clients and provides exceptional service.
