We continuously return to Betteridge Greenwich for our watch purchases. Wendy takes great care of us every time.  Their in-store selection is particularly impressive, but the great customer service is why we come back.

I had an incredible experience purchasing my first Rolex from this authorized Rolex dealer. Donna was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely made the entire experience special. I also want to recognize the rest of the team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and it was clear that providing an exceptional customer experience is important to everyone there. Purchasing my first Rolex was a memorable milestone, and Donna and the entire team made it even more special. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend them!

Had a fantastic experience at Betteridge Greenwich picking up my Rolex Explorer II. Donna Varbaro was terrific to work with from start to finish — attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The store itself is beautiful, and the presentation of the watch was impeccable. Highly recommend Betteridge and Donna specifically for anyone looking for a genuine, high-quality Rolex buying experience. 🔥
