- SSSamantha SybellJul 11, 20261.0This is the second time I've come to this store and received bad customer service. This time, in the middle of shopping they had to close the store for staffing issues. They said they would reopen in an hour, we walked around the mall for an hour, come back and it says they wouldn't be opened for an additional hour. We went to zumiez (staffed by 1 Person) and hot topic (also staffed by 1 person) and had no issues shopping. Needless to say we bought shoes elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same or simply shop online. Don't waste your gas traveling to this vans store. Thanks again for nothing!
