  Caterina is the most wonderful person to get your bra fitting with. I went here with my daughter, and she recommended us the perfect sizes. she checked in with us multiple times, and was spot on with sizes! if you want a great experience, I highly recommend her!

  I went to try on bras and was helped by small blonde girl, K name. Although she was new, fitting was professional and she was very personable. I found some bras that fit better than any I’ve owned previously. The comfort and support are great. Wonderful experience, will be shopping at that department again!

  Marie C. in beauty around the Chanel booth was very rude. I bought over $200 worth of beauty products from her and received lots of nasty attitude during the whole encounter as if we were inconveniencing her. I came in knowing what I wanted to buy, and took up probably not even 10 minutes of her time. Asked for a sample of a product I wanted to try after buying everything I needed and it seemed like she was just rushing to get me to leave. If you come to nordstrom looking for beauty and meet her, turn around and find someone else to help you. I hope management finds this review as this is an unacceptable way to treat your customers especially in a store as nordstrom.

  I was in a pinch and needed a dress alteration in a week. The express alterations page online tells me this will be no problem, I can have it back within that timeframe. I book an appointment, show up, and the tailor begins admonishing me because she will need three weeks to do the alterations. I’m standing there in this dress being scolded and all I want to do at this point is leave. She dismisses me and I go back to change out of the dress. Icing on the cake was being rushed to change back into my clothes and having a different employee bang roughly on the dressing room door. I understand that a week is a tight deadline for alterations, and I totally understand it isn’t often doable. But you advertised that it was, so I came to you. If I’d had more time, I would have come in earlier. But if you’re advertising express service, I expect it to be available. If it isn’t available, I would expect that to be communicated with more grace and compassion.
