- ISIsshiah StoneSep 6, 20262.0The ladies in the perfume and makeup area have zero customer service skills. Stood around, waiting for someone to help me until I finally decide to ask one of the 15 personnel surrounding me for help because not one initiated it. Then when I finally did get help the woman acted like it was such a bother to check out a face cream for me. Scoffing and talking under her breath the entire time. Prices are also mislabeled and not by like a dollar or two by like upwards of $20-$40 more than what’s actually labeled. Anyways I’ve purchased many times in the past clothing and shoes, but due to that interaction I will not be patronizing them anymore. Nordstrom is basically like an in person Amazon. So from now on I’ll go directly through the seller to purchase whatever I need minus any unsavory employee interaction. Also Macys is still around and at least they still have basic customer service attributes and the same items. Labeled correctly.
