  I just got off the phone with the store manager, Marie. She was so awesome, so helpful, so generous of time, suggestions, and ideas! Her professionalism, with her beautiful-hearted, personal touch makes me want to be a forever Lululemon customer. Thank you, Marie! You make Lululemon look really, really good!

  Done After Years of Loyalty I have been a longtime Lululemon customer and buyer, and after my experience this week, I am done shopping here for good. I ordered the Pace Breaker Short 7" Perforated on June 25, 2026 (Order ID: c178240725792469) and received them on Sunday, June 28. I went to my local Lululemon store on Tuesday, June 30 — just two days later — to return them and exchange for a different style. The shorts were in perfect condition. I had the tag with me. The only issue was that I had removed the tab from the shorts, as most people do when they first open a new item. The associate refused the return entirely because the tag had been detached. What made this experience truly unacceptable was what came next. I had explicitly explained to the associate that I had not worn or washed the shorts. Her response was to tell me they would need to be "unworn or unwashed" — implying, directly to my face, that I was lying and that I had in fact worn and washed them. I had owned these shorts for ONE full day. They were pristine. I even showed her the delivery email proving I just got them. After I had already stated they were untouched, that comment was insulting and completely uncalled for. To be clear, I was not even asking for my money back. I simply wanted to exchange them for a pair of mesh shorts — which were actually less expensive than what I had already paid. I even asked if I could receive a store credit as an alternative. The answer to everything was still no. Lululemon charges premium prices and markets itself on quality and customer experience. What I received was a rigid, dismissive policy enforced with a side of condescension. A two-day-old purchase, in perfect condition, with the tag present, and not a single accommodation was offered — not even an even exchange for a cheaper item. I will not be returning as a customer. There are too many other options that actually value the people spending their money with them.

  My wife loves their sports bras. They’re kinda pricey but She says it was worth it and when it comes to lululemon you definitely get what you pay for. She’s more than happy and impressed with the brand

  I love coming to this store. Always feel welcomed. The staff will make sure you are able to find everything you need and if it’s not available in the store, they will check it online. Well stocked.
