  I can't say enough good things about Sienna. I hope I'm spelling her name correctly because I only caught it from hearing her coworkers say it. I've been in the store quite a few times over the past several months, and one thing I've noticed is that she's consistently excellent. Every time I walk in, the wall she's working on or the jeans she's stocked look great. It's obvious she takes pride in what she does. A lot of people can fold clothes, but not everyone cares enough to make the store look as good as she does. What really stands out, though, isn't the displays—it's how she treats people. She's genuinely friendly, talks to customers like they're people instead of just another sale, and she always seems happy to help. She knows the products, offers honest suggestions, and never comes across as pushy. The way she interacts with her coworkers is the same. She's respectful, upbeat, and seems to make everyone around her a little more positive. I've actually been meaning to write this for a while. The last few times I stopped in, I didn't see her, so I never got around to it. Today she happened to be there, and she was exactly the same as every other time I've seen her—full of energy, smiling, and helping everyone around her. She honestly reminds me why companies have Management-in-Training programs. She has that natural leadership quality that you can't really teach. People like her make customers want to come back. I sincerely hope someone is recognizing the work she's doing because employees like this are rare. One last thing—where do you find people like Sienna? Seriously. She represents your company incredibly well, and experiences like this are one of the reasons I keep coming back.

  Zoe is amazing ! I’ve never had a 5 star experience in American Eagle and I’ve been shopping at these stores in multiple locations for over 10 years . Zoe was so helpful and knowledgeable . Her personality is one of the best I’ve seen in retail . She deserves a raise just based off of the way she interacts with customers . I don’t shop or spend money where I’m not greeted , but my fiancé really wanted a pair of jeans he seen . If it wasn’t for Zoe’s demeanor , we would’ve left after he tried them on and just ordered the jeans online . People like her are hard to find in retail stores nowadays so it was refreshing to see it still exists . God bless her !

  Two days before Christmas, store is packed and crazy as expected and every single employee was friendly, energetic, helpful and approachable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during an otherwise stressful shopping experience. Now my go to American Eagle !!! Jennie, Jaylen, Krystyana, Khamari, Jariana, Abbey.

  The clothes are nice but very overpriced. They are good quality but so expensive no matter how good the quality is
