  Today I stopped by to pick up a set. I stepped inside, then briefly stepped back out to make a call. When I walked back in, the male associate at the front immediately asked whether I needed help finding my size. Under normal circumstances, that wouldn’t have bothered me , but another woman of a different race had walked in just before me and did not receive the same level of attention. In fact, I didn’t hear him offer assistance to anyone else. I tried on the set, decided on a different one, and went to check out. The same associate rang me up and asked for my email. I declined. He then began explaining why I “needed” to provide it if I intended to continue shopping with Alo, saying it was required for coupons and returns. I told him I had no intention of returning the items. Even after the transaction was complete, he continued insisting that a return wouldn’t be accepted without my email. Ironically, the hoodie I purchased was because my deodorant had rubbed off on it, clearly I had no plans to return anything. And this is not my first Alo purchase, but it will be my last from that location.

  Rare time I wish we could do zero stars. Very obnoxious store attitudes for meh clothing. Worse, I pointed out a flaw that was causing a seam to gap on pants and the management indifference amazed me. Two wears at best would be a hole and as I said, I didn't want a buyer to miss it and get stuck with (expensive) pants they wouldn't wear. As I left the store the pants were put back on the shelf! Poorly made clothes, bad management, I won't go back.

  It's just expensive plastic. Did I mention if you had the money in the first place that it's bad for skin??

  I had the worst experience here today. I have a special needs daughter who has a hard time if I’m not in her immediate view. As I was using the changing room, I could hear the employees because extremely snarky about the situation and saying how I need to control my child. My daughter and I have every right to be in public, even if she has different needs than other children. I left rushed, grabbing the wrong size and feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Upon reflection of my experience, these mean girl employees are actually the ones who should be embarrassed with their closed minded, unhelpful and unkind attitudes. I will never spend my money on this brand again.
