  The week of June 28th , 2024 I needed a new wardrobe to a trip to Puerto Rico . I actually manage at Westfarns so I’m familiar with staff here . I walked in ready to spend no more than $1700 on a budget . Walked in the girl at front by table for pick up orders looked at me up and down. Never acknowledged, walked by center more by fitting rooms walked by another , looked at me up and down , never acknowledged. So I start asking my way towards back of store and your store manager not only walked past us and didn’t acknowledge me either but almost walked into my holding a bunch of inventory in her hands on hangers . I said something out loud about how I wasn’t gonna give my business to a store who’s 3 employees couldn’t say a simple hello . I get your probably drained in retail , I have my days too . But no matter how drained you or your team may be , being acknowledged is the one thing I get turned off about and decided to take my funds to another store . Maybe a refresher for your management team is highly suggested, I love that store but won’t bother going again

  Management and another elderly employee bombarded me as if I were stealing when looking for my size in bathing suits. I asked for a dressing room where I was followed extremely close behind, the elderly employee then proceeded to wait for me in the dressing room and follow me at before running to the front where the manager hurried over and gave her a thumbs up that she had taken the bathing suit from me as if I were a thief. Employees were rude and acted sketchy around me as if to assume I were stealing and to keep a close eye on. Poor customer service.

  I love Aerie! Great discounts on undies and clothes for decent quality! My go-to store in the mall!
