  Maggie was wonderful in helping me make a purchase. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way during the process. She spent a ton of time going over any and all options I was interested in, and made my purchase at Lenox a no brainer!

  Lenox jewelers is the best place to buy a watch in Fairfield County! Katherine and Kenny are a fantastic team, knowledgeable and personable with excellent service second to none! Maria places orders and diligently checked with me to be sure she was ordering what I wanted. I wouldn’t think of buying a watch at any other location!

  The entire team at Lennox is friendly and professional. The store is always extremely clean, attractive and well-maintained. A special shout-out to Jake, whom I practically always deal with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, and has consistently gone above and beyond for me.

  I had a great experience here both times I’ve visited. About a month ago, I met Jake, who was incredibly helpful—we had a great conversation, and he was kind enough to put my name down for a few Rolex pieces I’m hoping to add to my collection. I came back today to treat myself to a Cartier watch for my birthday, and Paige helped me through the whole process. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more special. The entire staff here is welcoming, professional, and genuinely great to work with. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to hopefully getting that call soon for one of the Rolexes I’m waiting on!

  I could not speak more highly of Lenox Jewelers, and especially Katharine. She is truly exceptional at what she does. I had the pleasure of working with her previously when selecting my first luxury timepiece—a Breitling—and she invested a great deal of time and care to ensure I found the perfect fit. Naturally, I returned because of that experience, and once again, Katharine exceeded every expectation. She managed to secure not one, but two highly specific Rolex timepieces for my fiancée and me as wedding gifts to one another—no small feat, particularly given the extremely tight and challenging timeline we presented. Remarkably, she delivered with time to spare. The level of service, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by both Lenox Jewelers and Katharine is truly top-tier. I will absolutely be returning for any future jewelry needs. An outstanding experience from start to finish.
