My husband and I love the store unfortunately due to a bad customer service experience we haven’t been back. My husband a Correctional officer and has always received the first responder discount from this store. Unfortunately, last time we were in one of the cashiers told my husband that his job did not qualify him for a first responder discount and she has no idea why other clerks gave him the discount prior. She was very disrespectful and almost laughed my husband off. It was very rude and we ended up just leaving. I believe the store should educate their staff so this does not happen to anybody else.

Had to do a catalogue return so figured I'd go to the store rather than pay for return shipping. I have never been in an LL Bean store. This store was very clean and well laid out. Every employee I dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of apparel with varied sizes/colors. Will definitely be back ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

This is an upscale clothing store and offers it's famous canvas tote bags. The clothing is high quality. My only wish is that racks of clothes were lower. As a short person I had to use a hook to get down some garments!
