- MPMaribel POct 7, 20261.0We when to return a meta sunglasses there is a skinny guy who trow at us the recibe and said that we can’t return some sunglasses because of a discount we got when we buy the meta and that we have to return both if the want our money back.
- GCGuillermo CastilloOct 3, 20261.0I bought my Meta glasses at Sunglass Hut and even paid for the insurance. They broke, and when I went in for warranty, they replaced them — but I still had to pay a deductible. That was about two months ago. Now I’m having issues again because the Ray-Ban Meta glasses stopped working. I came back to the store, just like Meta/Ray-Ban support told me to, and Sunglass Hut said they can’t do anything. After paying over $400, this is not fair. If Meta tells customers to go to the store, the store should be able to help.

When I finally came in, she helped me with my glasses and even let me open them and begin set up. Highly recommend this store and if you go in, be sure to ask for Melanie. She’s the best!
