Store is extremely hard to find in the shopping center. Inventory is a bit confusing to navigate…

first time i went they refused to look in my bag because there was underwear..except they were unworn booty shorts, but i didnt mind since i could see the misunderstanding as they were extremly small, but i was really disappointed today that my almost brand new hollister and american eagle stuff didnt make the cut but they wanted my boyfriends old and worn shirts from when he was 14 and my $8 jeans from temu instead. im very discouraged from returning, the selectiveness is a little overkill for a glorifed thrift shop

I was in earlier today, shopping with my 11 year old daughter. We both looked, but I was the only one who found clothes to try on. I had 7 items to bring into the fitting room. When I got to the fitting rooms, the person working wouldn’t let my daughter come in with me. She said, “our policy is only 1 person is allowed in the fitting rooms.” I told the girl that she was my daughter and she just reinforced their policy. I went in, but I felt super-rushed and didn’t even try on all 7 items. I didnt like not having eyes on my daughter. I also brought her for her opinion. The store was very crowded and didn’t like having to come out of the fitting room for the one item I was questioning. Everyone in the store could see me, just to get my daughter’s opinion. The other things I didn’t even bother getting her opinion, although I wanted to, because I felt so rushed to get back to her. Who would’ve been responsible if something had happened to my daughter while I was in the fitting room? The only reason I didn’t just leave was because we had driven 40 minutes to get there. I did end up buying good clothes at a phenomenal deal, which I why I gave 3 stars, but I would honestly recommend amending your policy to allow minor children into fitting rooms with their parents.
